Macrame Plant Hangers Workshop

$50 Per person

Don’t get tied up in knots - use them to create gorgeous boho home decor!

Try your hand at tying macrame knots, including the square knot, half square knot, and gathering knot. These simple knots will come together to make a sturdy and beautiful plant hanger. Elevate your plants and your skills with this craft!

Supplies Provided:

  • Pre-cut lengths of macrame cord (colors by request)

  • Wood ring

  • Wood beads

  • Mason jars (to hold bouquets or plant propagations - an upgrade to potted plants is available)

Indigo Dye Workshop

$60 per person

Explore the magic of indigo dyeing! Learn how to fold and bind fabric to create patterns and designs using one of the oldest natural dyes. Practice binding techniques on four cotton napkins and enjoy the instant gratification of watching the dye change colors as it oxidizes. Your designs will come to life in the most soothing blue!

Supplies Provided:

  • Prepared indigo dye vat

  • Set of 4 cotton napkins

  • Rubber bands, clothes pins, and other binding implements

  • Gloves and aprons (though please wear clothing you wouldn’t mind staining)

  • Participants are also welcome to bring their own natural fiber items to dye

Card Making Workshop

$45 per person

This casual craft workshop will inspire a love of home-made cards! You will learn hand lettering tips, and play with unique materials like embossing powder, washi tape, and classic rubber stamps. Bypass Hallmark and impress yourself and your loved ones with your creativity!

  • Set of 8 blank cards and envelopes

  • Markers

Block Printing Workshop

$75 Per Person

Carve your own design into a rubber block for printing! This ancient printing technique is new again with easy to use materials. Learn tips and tricks to smooth the process of cutting and printing your image. Make your own custom greeting cards and wow your family and friends with

  • 4" × 6" Speedy-Carve block

  • Linoleum cutter handle (with #1, #2, and #5 linoleum cutter blades)

  • 1.25 oz (37 ml) tube of Black Water-Soluble Block Printing Ink

  • 4" Soft Rubber Pop-In Brayer

  • Set of 6 blank cards

  • Ask about our option to upgrade to tote bags and custom ink colors

Crochet Workshop

$65 per person

Get hooked on crochet! You’ll love learning this classic, versatile craft. Stitch by stitch, watch your creation take form into something you can wear every day, or something to decorate your desk. Crochet cactus kits are provided in the warmer months, and hat kits are provided in the colder months - or let us know your preference!

  • Yarn

  • Crochet hook

  • Written crochet pattern

  • Cactus kits also come with poly-fill stuffing and tiny terra cotta pots.
