Virtual Team Building Craft Workshops
We'd love to put on a creative event for your team! We generally charge per person, and prices range with the type of activity and materials involved. Shipping and handling is not included, which is $10 for domestic shipments. (International shipping is also available, but pricing varies.) These workshops are the most fun and interactive with 5-20 participants, but if you have a larger group we’re happy to work out a discounted large group rate.
Everyone has a busy schedule, so we’ve organized the workshop options below from shortest duration to longest. Some of the workshops have a time range noted - the max time is how long it takes to complete a project, and the minimum is how tightly we can condense instruction time if you'd prefer to allow participants to finish on their own.
We generally request three weeks' notice in order to prepare supply kits and we ask for team member mailing addresses at least 1 week in advance to allow time for shipping.

Oil Pastel Scratchers Workshop

Let's play with oil pastels and make unique art pieces! Perfect for all skill levels, we'll learn how to blend and layer oil pastel colors. Then we'll create interesting effects by scratching away the layers. The end result is always different and beautiful.

Origami Paper Cranes

Learn the ancient Japanese art of Origami! Our goal is to transform a flat square sheet of paper into a finished sculpture through folding and sculpting techniques, without cutting or gluing. We’ll make paper cranes while learning about Sadako Sasaki and the story of 1000 paper cranes.

If you've ever felt the urge to draw or create, but aren't sure where to start, this class is for you! We'll teach you some fun and easy doodling techniques, plus provide some structured inspiration for future art activities. Whether you’re trying to manage anxiety, pass the time, express gratitude, or reflect on your day—doodling in can provide just the outlet you need.

Needle Felting Workshop

This class will introduce you to the endless possibilities of needle felting! You will learn to use needles with tiny barbs to bind wool into a soft sculpture. We'll discuss types of wool fiber and needle shapes, while learning beginner techniques for felting. Together, we will create shapes, add color, and connect sculpted wool pieces to create your own cozy piece of art.

Wood Burning: Coasters Workshop
$75/person, 1 - 2 hours 🎁
Create a rustic set of coasters using the craft of wood burning (or pyrography for those of you that like big words). Using a pen-like burning tool, you will learn and practice burning techniques on scrap wood before moving on to your natural edge wood coasters with your unique designs. We also include a few sample designs to get you started.

Wood Burning: Pet Portraits Workshop
$75/person, 1 - 2 hours 🎁
In this workshop, you’ll create a masterpiece using the craft of wood burning (or pyrography for those of you that like big words). Making your marks on wood using a pen-like burning tool, you will practice the techniques on scrap pieces, before moving on to a 7” natural edge wooden plaque with your custom design. Our subject of choice? Pets!
Note: for this class, we print photos you submit and teach you how to transfer them to the wood, so no drawing skills are necessary!

Why knot get started with macrame in this beginner friendly plant hanger workshop! Learn to Knit: Cozy Garter Stitch Scarf Workshop
$65/Person, 2 - 3 Hours 🗣 🎁
Have you ever wanted to learn to knit? It’s not as hard as you might think! Whether you’ve never picked up needles before or just need a refresher, we’re here to help you through it. Make a cozy garter stitch scarf with us, and learn foundational knitting skills along the way. You’ll learn two different cast on methods, how to hold the yarn, knit stitch, finishing off, how to make a tension gauge swatch, and how to read a knitting pattern.
This scarf was designed with the beginner knitter in mind, and you’ll have the option of finishing it with tassels, or connecting the ends to make a double wrap cowl.

Crochet Cactus Workshop

Join us online and learn how to get started with a great new hobby, combining basic crochet techniques to achieve 3-D forms. We will cover crochet fundamentals such as the slipknot, chain stitch, magic circle, and single crochet. Through these fun and quick projects, you’ll also get the hang of reading crochet patterns and charts. You’ll be so proud of what you can accomplish!
